Bent Høie opens Ullerud Healthcare Center

 

Minister of Health and Care Services, Bent Høie, officially declared the Ullerud Health Building open on Wednesday  June 6th 2017

Ullerud Helsebygg in Frogn municipality is on four floors and has a gross area of 12,000 square meters, with downstairs parking and a pulled technical fifth floor at the top. The L-shaped building is adjacent to the existing nursing home, and is linked to this on the ground floor, on the lower floor and at the system level with a joint technical facility. With the 108 new nursing homes there will be a total of 160 nursing homes at Ullerudtjernet, northeast of Drøbak center.

Helsebygget is built in massive wood because this option was best for price and environment. The building is certified according to the BREEAM-NOR standard in the «VERY GOOD» category.

 

HRP has contributed to project and construction management, and that we will follow up the trial operation for a period of 1 year. (Until 26.04.2018).
